Terms of Service
Welcome to Arise.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arise website, beta access request process, and any prerelease or beta services that Arise makes available (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services or submitting a request for beta access, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services or submit a beta access request.
Arise is currently in development. Features, policies, requirements, and availability may change as development continues.
1.Eligibility
The Arise website and beta program are not directed toward children under 13 years of age.
You may not submit a beta access request if you are under 13.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the Services only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
By submitting a beta access request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to submit the request.
2.The Arise Beta
Arise is currently a prerelease project under active development.
A request for beta access is only a request and does not guarantee that you will be selected, accepted, invited, or provided access.
Arise may determine:
- Who receives beta access
- When access is provided
- How many beta participants are accepted
- Which devices or platforms are supported
- Which features are available
- How long the beta lasts
Arise may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue the beta program at any time.
3.Beta Software and Features
Beta and prerelease software may be incomplete and may contain errors, defects, bugs, interruptions, or unfinished features.
During development:
- Features may change
- Features may be removed
- Features may be added
- Designs may change
- Data may be reset
- Services may temporarily become unavailable
- Compatibility may change
- Performance may vary
You should not rely on beta software as the sole method of preserving important information.
Participation in the beta is voluntary.
4.No Payment Required
Arise does not currently charge users for requesting beta access through this website.
Submitting a beta application does not require payment and does not create a paid subscription.
If Arise introduces paid products, subscriptions, or services in the future, applicable pricing and additional terms will be presented before a purchase is made.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes Arise to charge you merely because you submitted a beta request.
5.Fitness and Wellness Information
Arise is being developed as a fitness, wellness, progress-tracking, and personal-development platform.
Any fitness, exercise, wellness, motivational, nutritional, challenge, progress, or informational content provided through Arise is intended for general informational and wellness purposes.
Arise is not a physician, healthcare provider, registered dietitian, therapist, or emergency service.
Arise does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Information provided through Arise should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
6.Exercise and Physical Activity
Physical activity and exercise involve inherent risks.
You are responsible for determining whether activities are appropriate for your individual health, fitness level, abilities, environment, and circumstances.
You should seek appropriate professional guidance when necessary before beginning or significantly changing an exercise or wellness program.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency assistance.
7.Beta Feedback
Beta participants may have opportunities to provide:
- Feedback
- Suggestions
- Bug reports

Providing feedback is voluntary unless specifically stated otherwise.

If a change materially affects users, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
20.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
